Regarding Tecapro, it has produced many software programs for application in production and business activities; successfully studied and manufactured many high-quality products, solutions, and services in digital transformation and information technology. Thanks to the application of science and technology, the company has reduced stationery costs and business expenses by an average of VND 1.8 billion per year and raised the efficiency of production and business.

In his concluding remarks, Sr. Lt. Gen. Le Huy Vinh praised the outcomes obtained by the units in this field, stressing that in the time to come, Army Officer Candidate School No.2 and Tecapro should define administrative reform and digital transformation as the key tasks; continue to innovate contents and forms of dissemination of administrative reform and digital transformation and raise troops’ awareness in this field; pay much attention to opening refresher courses to develop high-quality human resources for digital transformation; as well as promote the proactiveness and creativity and catch up with new technologies to quickly raise the quality and efficiency of task performance.
