In recent years, youth union organizations and members within the service have innovated their approaches to and methods in youth union affairs and youth movements, contributing to improving the training quality and combat readiness, as well as the outcome of the task implementation of various units.
In 2023, 65 technical innovation projects were submitted for the Service-level Young Creative Awards and the whole-military Creative Youth Awards. Among these, nine projects won second prizes, 11 projects won third prizes, and nine projects received consolation prizes at the whole-military level.

Speaking at the ceremony, Lieutenant General Tran Ngoc Quyen praised and congratulated the achievements of youth union members and women association members within the ADAF Service, particularly the outstanding young faces, exemplary women, and excellent authors and groups in the Young Creative Awards and the "Creative projects and products" competition.
The Political Commissar of the ADAF Service urged the Party committees and chains-of-command at all levels to continue effectively carrying out mass work, addressing the needs of Youth Union and Trade Union members, and regularly innovating the activities of mass organizations. He emphasized the importance of sharing successful models, creative practices, and exemplary figures in various fields.
