3,000 calendars presented to military units
PANO - Thousands of block calendars will be presented to units under the Vietnam People's Navy and Vietnam Border Guard Command, stationed in border areas and on islands by the Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC).
On December 8, in Hanoi, the MIC held a ceremony to hand over
3,000 2018 calendars to the recipients.
Addressing the event, MIC Minister
Truong Minh Tuan wished officers and troops on duty in border areas and on
islands good health, happiness and success.
Tuan hoped to receive more support
from the Vietnam Border Guard Command and the Naval Service in promoting reading habit in
border and naval units, contributing to the national development and the cause
of national defense.
