Thorough preparation made for the Vietnam - Cambodia young officer exchange program
PANO - On August 25, in Tay Ninh province, a delegation of the Department of Political Affairs of the Vietnam Border Guard Command, led by its Deputy Chief Senior Colonel Nguyen Thanh Hai, inspected the preparation work for the exchange program between young officers of the Vietnam Border Guard Command and the Royal Cambodian Army and Gendarmerie under the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces in 2024.
Accordingly, the delegation inspected the security protection work as well as preparation for tree planting activity between the two sides at the Foreign Affairs Guest House in Loi Thuan commune, Ben Cau district, Tay Ninh province, and law dissemination work for students in Tay Ninh province, among others.

The delegation also noted that relevant units should ensure decoration work to serve the program with absolute safety throughout the exchange.
After the inspection, Senior Colonel Nguyen Thanh Hai hailed the preparation work of the Tay Ninh provincial Border Guard Command. He requested them to actively join hands with functional units to be ready in any circumstances, and promote their responsibility to make contribution to the success of the exchange program.
The exchange is scheduled to take place from August 26 to 28.
