Senior Colonel Ngo Van Vinh handing certificates to participating officers of the Lao People's Army

On behalf of leaders of the agencies of the General Department of Political Affairs, Deputy Head of Office of the General Department of Political Affairs Senior Colonel Ngo Van Vinh evaluated that the course ended successfully.

During the one-month long course, officers of the Lao People’s Army studied 15 office work-related topics and nine mass mobilization-related themes and had field trips to Vietnamese units.

He said that the contents in the course focused on the role, significance, forms, and methods of carrying out office and administrative work and conducting mass mobilization activities in building the grassroots political system and coordinating with socio-political organizations. 

During the course, the Lao officers also studied knowledge related to mass mobilization work in ethnic minority and religious localities and mobilization of the public to participate in protecting sovereignty and security in border areas, among others.

Senior Colonel Ngo Van Vinh asked participating officers of the Lao People’s Army to continue studying and applying knowledge acquired during the course to their task implementation.

He said that the success of the course will contribute to strengthening the close and faithful relationship between the two militaries and two peoples.
