Leaders of the General Department of Logistics and Technical Services and the Military Logistics Academy present certificates of completion to Lao officers.

The course provided Lao officers with fundamental knowledge across various fields of the logistics sector of the Vietnam People’s Army (VPA), including logistics staff work, military supplies, barracks management, petroleum, and transport. It also included field trips to several units under the General Department of Logistics and Technical Services, enabling Lao trainees to study practical experience that can be applied in their home units to fulfill their assigned duties.

In his closing speech, Lieutenant General Tran Minh Duc suggested Lao officers to flexibly apply the knowledge gained in this course to their work, disseminate it to colleagues in their units, and thereby enhance the quality of logistics supplies work in the Lao People’s Army. He expressed confidence that Lao trainees would serve as a bridge to promote exchanges and mutual learning between the two militaries’ logistics sectors, thereby contributing to the traditional friendship and special solidarity between the two countries in the coming time.
