According to the organizing panel, the course aims to enhance theoretical knowledge, exchange experience in logistics command and staff work, military supplies, barracks building, petrol supply, military transport, finance, and regularity building for Lao officers, thereby, contributing to strengthening the traditional solidarity and friendship between the two peoples, militaries and logistics-finance sectors.

During the 45-day course, 102 trainees will study and exchange experience in regular logistics staff and local military logistics work, the organization and tasks of the military supply sector, to name but a few. Meanwhile, the trainees will also participate in field trips to GDL’s affiliated units.

Addressing the ceremony, Major General Pham Manh Cuong, GDL Deputy Chief, asked the MLA to pay more attention to and create favorable conditions for the course in all aspects. He also urged the organizing panel to coordinate with relevant agencies and units to implement the plan in an effective manner, ensuring absolute safety and security.
