At the event, the Vietnamese deputy defense minister highly appreciated the capabilities of Airbus Group, one of the leading aerospace corporations in Europe and the world, with a wide range of products, including commercial aircraft widely used in Vietnam.

Highlighting the results of the cooperation between Airbus Group and the Vietnamese Ministry of National Defense over the past 23 years, General Vinh suggested that the two sides continue to implement their ongoing collaborations effectively in the coming time.

The host took the occasion to sincerely thank Airbus Group for joining the Vietnam Defense Expo 2022 and 2024, contributing to the overall success of the event.

For his part, Wouter Van Wersch shared his impressions on his first visit to Vietnam as Executive Vice President of Airbus. He emphasized that the cooperative relationship between Vietnam and Airbus is growing. Airbus is honored to provide superior products to its partners in Vietnam.

The guest congratulated the Ministry of National Defense of Vietnam on the successful organization of the Vietnam Defense Expo 2024 and affirmed that Airbus was honored to participate in the event and received many positive feedbacks about the event.

The Executive Vice President of Airbus also stated that Vietnam's role and the development of Vietnam's defense industry are of significant importance for the peace in the region and the world. He expressed his desire for further fruitful cooperation between the two sides in the future.
