Sr. Capt. Le Hao writes in the visitors’ book at the traditional museum of India’s National Defense Academy.

Speaking at the meeting, Sr. Capt. Le Hao emphasized that Viet Nam and India share a traditional friendship nurtured by President Ho Chi Minh, Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru, successive generations of leaders and people of both countries. Therefore, young officers from both countries have a responsibility to preserve and further strengthen the enduring friendship between the two countries and militaries.
