Military Political Academy launches refresher course for Cambodian high-ranking officers
PANO - The Military Political Academy of the Ministry of National Defense opened a refresher course for Cambodian high-ranking officers in 2023 on September 18.
The course consists of 29 topics, two field trips, and an experience exchange on Party and political work.
During the course, the Cambodian officers will be equipped with basic theoretical knowledge on Party and military building as well as measures to implement Party and political work of the Vietnam People’s Army, to name but a few.
