Quang Ninh border guards promptly rescue Chinese national
PANO - On August 16, on-duty border guard officers from a border checkpoint under the Border Post of Mong Cai International Border Gate promptly offered emergency aid to a Chinese citizen showing symptoms of heatstroke and fainting at Bac Luan I Bridge area.

According to information provided by the Border Guard Command of the Quang Ninh provincial Military Command, at around 10:30 a.m. on August 16, at Bac Luan I Bridge area, Mong Cai International Border Gate, a female Chinese citizen named Cen Shenfeng, born in 1957, suddenly lost consciousness while completing entry procedures into Vietnam.
Upon spotting the incident, the border guard officers and on-duty forces in the area immediately arrived. Together with local people, they provided first aid to her, and then coordinated with border gate medical staff to hand the citizen over to functional forces of Chinese Dongxing Border Gate, ensuring her safe return.
