The event was attended by Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of Corps 15 Senior Colonel Tran Ngoc Hai, representatives from the Lao Ministry of Defense, leaders of agencies of Corps 15, and Vocational College 21.
During the three-month long course, the Lao trainees studied such contents as climate and soil conditions in various regions of Laos; common crops suitable for Lao conditions; techniques for planting, tending, and pest control of staple crops; techniques for planting, tending, and pest control of industrial crops and pharmaceutical plants; techniques for raising specific types of livestock, poultry, and freshwater fish.

The final assessments showed that all the trainees completed the course with good results. During the course, Corps 15 and Vocational College 21 created favorable conditions for the trainees, including modern and fully-equipped accommodation and classrooms. The units paid attention to improving recreational and sports facilities and providing sports equipment for activities like football, volleyball, and sepak takraw as requested by the trainees. Meals were tailored to Lao preferences with adequate nutrition ensured. Regular and on-demand health check-ups were also organized for the trainees.
Speaking at the event, Senior Colonel Tran Ngoc Hai congratulated the trainees on successfully completing the course. He emphasized that this program reflected the trust and effectiveness of defense cooperation between the Ministries of Defense of Vietnam and Laos.

The Chief of the Staff of Corps 15 expressed the hope that the trainees, upon returning to Laos, would actively and effectively apply acquired knowledge to contribute to building strong agencies, units, and clusters of villages and fostering local socio-economic development. Furthermore, he urged them to promote the traditional friendship, special solidarity, and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Laos.
