After leaving Lumut Naval Port, Frigate 20 and Frigate 134 from the Western Fleet of the Royal Malaysian Navy conducted a joint training session at sea. Both frigates practiced formation maneuvers and signal exchange. During the joint training, the two frigates implemented all training contents as scheduled with absolute safety.

Earlier, during its visit to Malaysia from February 8 to 11, Frigate 20 and the Vietnamese delegation paid courtesy calls on leaders of the Western Fleet, the Royal Malaysian Navy, participated in sport exchange with Malaysian naval troops, and toured cultural and historical relic sites in the locality.

According to Commodore Harisundar Rajoo, Deputy Commander of the Western Fleet of the Royal Malaysian Navy, the frigate’s visit to Malaysia would make contribution to promoting friendship between the two navies.
