The voyage aims to continue to improve coordination in response to common maritime security challenges and strengthen relations, cooperation, mutual understanding and trust among militaries and navies of participating countries, for peace and stability in the region and the world. It also helps consolidate and promote the fruitful friendship and cooperation between the Vietnamese military and navy with their Indian and Malaysian counterparts.
