The leaders emphasized the importance of preserving and promoting the solidarity and friendship between the armed forces and peoples of Vietnam and Cambodia.

A representative of the Border Guard College expressed gratitude to the Party Committee and Chain of Command of the Ho Chi Minh City Military Command, as well as the Department of Political Affairs under the Vietnam Border Guard Command, for their attention and encouragement toward Cambodian cadets.
