He emphasized that in recent years, coordination between Corps 16 and Cambodian military units along the shared border have been continuously strengthened in a more substantive and effective manner. These efforts have contributed to maintaining political stability, as well as social order and safety in border areas.

Key activities include medical check-ups, free medicine distribution, and gift-giving for both armed forces and civilians in Cambodia.
These activities continue to affirm the close, trustworthy relationship between the armed forces of the two countries, contributing to strengthening the traditional solidarity and friendship between Vietnam and Cambodia for peace, stability, and development.
Representatives of the Mondulkiri and Kratie Provincial Military Sub-regions expressed their appreciation for the visit and conveyed their desire to further contribute to deepening the traditional friendship and cooperation between the two countries, as well as between Corps 16 and Cambodian military units.
