Cambodian units extend Tet greetings to Dak Nong provincial Border Guard Command
PANO - On January 20, a delegation of the Police Department and Gendarmerie of Cambodia’s Mondulkiri province, led by Lieutenant General Lao Sokha, Director of the Mondulkiri provincial Police Department, visited and extended Tet (lunar New Year) greetings to the Dak Nong provincial Border Guard Command.
In a warm atmosphere of solidarity and friendship, the two sides discussed socio-economic development and defense-security situations in the border areas of the two localities. They agreed to continue strengthening cooperation in maintaining political security and social order, combating illegal border crossings, and fighting against crime along the shared borderline.

On behalf of Mondulkiri province’s Police Department and Gendarmerie, Lieutenant General Lao Sokha conveyed his best Tet wishes, expressing hope that the Dak Nong provincial Border Guard Command will successfully fulfill their duties.
Senior Colonel Nguyen Thanh Dinh, Commanding Officer of the Dak Nong provincial Border Guard Command, thanked the Mondulkiri provincial Police Department and Gendarmerie for the special sentiment to the DaK Nong provincial border guard force on the occasion of the Tet holiday. He hoped that the two sides will continue to closely coordinate in managing and protecting the shared border, combating crime, and building a border of peace, friendship, cooperation, and mutual development.
