Lao public security extend Tet greetings to Vietnamese unit
PANO - A delegation of the public security of Bolikhamsai province (Laos) led by its Deputy Director Colonel Khenvone Lorvanxay visited and extended New Year (Tet) greetings to Vietnam’s Nghe An provincial Border Guard Command on January 10.
Senior Colonel Nguyen Cong Luc, Commanding Officer of the Nghe An provincial Border Guard Command, chaired the reception.

During the reception, Colonel Khenvone Lorvanxay and Senior Colonel Nguyen Cong Luc discussed and exchanged information on their obtained outcomes over the past time. They also expressed their hope to enhance coordination in maintaining political security, social order and safety in border areas and combating all forms of crime in the time to come.
On the Vietnamese traditional Tet holiday, Col. Khenvone Lorvanxay extended New Year's greetings, presented gifts, and sent thanks to the Vietnamese side for its support over the past time.

For his part, Col. Luc thanked the guest for their sentiments, wishing that the close relations between the two units would continue to grow, contributing to strengthening the solidarity and close ties between Vietnam and Laos.
