Air Defense - Air Force’s Acting Commander receives Lao Air Force’s Chief

At the meeting, Lieutenant General Vu Van Kha and Major General Khamlek Sengphachan briefed each other on the organization of Vietnam’s Air Defense - Air Force Service and Lao Air Force.

On the occasion, the two sides evaluated the outcomes of cooperation between two air forces over the past time.

Deeply understand that defense cooperation is an important pillar in the great friendship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Laos, the Vietnamese Air Defense - Air Force and the Lao Air Force have fostered cooperation and achieved many positive results in various fields, including training and activities to celebrate the "Vietnam-Laos, Laos-Vietnam Solidarity and Friendship Year 2022.” 

Lieutenant General Vu Van Kha and Major General Khamlek Sengphachan agreed that in the coming time, the Vietnamese and Lao air forces would continue to strengthen cooperation in various fields with a focus on training, personnel training, and delegation exchange at all levels.

The two officials expressed their belief that contents discussed and agreed at the meeting would be soon actualized, contributing to further strengthening the cooperative relationship between the Vietnamese Air Defense - Air Force Service and the Lao Air Force in particular and the Vietnam People's Army and the Lao People's Army in general.
