Addressing the event, Senior Lieutenant General Vu Hai San congratulated Senior Colonel Phuong Kim Minh, former General Director of Dong Bac Corporation, for his mission accomplishment as well as Senior Colonel Do Manh Kham, former Deputy General Director of the corporation for his new post as the General Director.

He highly valued the outcomes of the corporation over the past time, and at the same time pointed out difficulties and challenges that the unit will have to deal with in the time to come.
The deputy defense minister hoped that Senior Colonel Do Manh Kham will promote his responsibility, build solidarity and unity among the leaders, contributing to completing defense - military missions and business tasks.
In the immediate future, it is necessary to focus on implementing the correct roadmap for equitization of the corporation, accelerating restructuring of production and business lines; renewing management and administration; concentrating capital and resources, making key investments, prioritizing projects directly serving production and business, and bringing into play the strengths of the unit's existing human resources and equipment.

The deputy defense minister hoped that the corporation’s Party committee and chain-of-command will pay much attention to building a strong force of staff and employees to meet the task requirement.
