In the time to come, Gen. Cuong asked the two units to maintain solidarity and cohesion among their staff, both Cambodian and Vietnamese; continuously focus on training and developing a contingent of personnel with intelligence, firm political stance, and strong capacity in research, application, and science and technology; and pay more attention to the material and spiritual well-being of their staff.
Meanwhile, business activities should be closely integrated with economic diplomacy and defense external affairs. Both units should strive to fulfill their assigned tasks while being deeply aware of their responsibility as a bridge fostering cooperation between the two defense ministries and governments.

Metfone and MB Cambodia should regularly review their business strategies to quickly adapt to new situations; continue to implement social welfare programs; strengthen ties and coordination with other Vietnamese military units and enterprises in Cambodia to promote corporate cultural values; respect the host country’s laws; and build strong trust with the Cambodian Government, military, and people.
General Nguyen Tan Cuong affirmed that the two defense ministries and militaries would always support and facilitate the more effective operations of Metfone and MB Cambodia.
