Duty handover ceremony held between former and new ADAF’s political commissars
PANO - The Air Defense - Air Force (ADAF) Service, on April 27, held a duty handover ceremony for its former and new political commissars.
The event was chaired by Deputy Chief of the General Department of Political Affairs (GDP) Senior Lieutenant General Do Can.

During the event, Lieutenant General Lam Quang Dai handed over the post of Secretary of the ADAF's Party Committee and Party work to Lieutenant General Vu Van Kha, ADAF’s Acting Commander; and the post of Political Commissar and political work to the service’s Deputy Political Commissar Major General Bui To Viet. Accordingly, General Dai will be retired as regulated.
Addressing the event, on behalf of the ADAF’s Party Committee and Chain-of-Command, General Kha affirmed that over the past time, General Dai has done his utmost in performing assigned missions, making great contribution to the unit’s development.

On this occasion, the new cadres were urged to promote solidarity and the whole strength to build a strong Party organization and comprehensively strong unit, while making recommendations to the Central Military Commission (CMC) and defense leaders to build a strong whole people’s air defense and air forces, and a firm people’s air defense posture.
For his part, General Dai thanked the CMC and defense leaders for their leadership and support so that he could promptly fulfill all assigned missions over the past time.

Concluding the conference, General Can hailed the unit’s task performance over the past time, especially the contribution of General Dai.
Authorized by the CMC’s Standing Board and GDP leaders, General Can signed documents of confirmation of duty handover between ADAF’s former and new cadres.
