Defense delegation works with units in Southern region

The delegation had a working session with Corporation 28 of the General Department of Logistics on its production and trade activities.

Last year, Corporation 28 achieved total revenue of VND 6.2 trillion. Its pre-tax profit was VND 145 billion. Since the beginning of 2024, amid the intense competition in the domestic textile industry and export market, Corporation 28 has applied various effective production and business solutions, achieving revenue of VND 2.4 trillion and a pre-tax profit of VND 80 billion. The company has contributed VND 126 billion to the budget, and the average income/person/month is VND 10.6 million.

During the working session, Gen. San praised Corporation 28 for maintaining stable and efficient production and business results and its reputation in the domestic and international textile market. The deputy defense minister suggested multiple measures for Corporation 28 to effectively implement its production and business strategy in the future, with a focus on digital transformation and the application of science and technology. He urged the business to ensure the quality of products and take good care of the material and spiritual life of the company's officials, employees, and workers.

On the same day, Gen. San inspected the construction of military camps at Regiments 920 and 915 under the Air Force Officer Candidate School of the Air Defense - Air Force Service. He requested the units to pro-actively foster coordination with local authorities, take various measures to remove difficulties and obstacles, particularly in dealing with any arising issues, to ensure the progress and quality of the project and safety; strictly observe regulations.
