In his speech, VJA President and Head of the Awards Council Le Quoc Minh expressed pride in the 100-year journey of Vietnamese journalism. He highlighted the contemporary revolutionary press, which captures the pulse of real life, vividly reflecting all aspects of political, economic, cultural, social, defense, and security developments. It faithfully and creatively conveys the Party’s guidelines and policies, disseminates state policies and laws, reflects the thoughts and aspirations of all social classes, and fosters sharing, connection, and national unity.
According to the organizers, out of 1,913 eligible entries submitted, 128 outstanding works were selected for awards. The People’s Army Newspaper won one A prize and one B prize among the total of 13 A, 27 B, 49 C, and 39 consolation prizes presented.

This year’s awards stood out for the increased number of multimedia journalism products, which applied modern press technologies while maintaining content standards. These works ensured political and ideological consistency, accuracy, timeliness, positivity, and strong social impact, thereby enhancing their appeal to readers.
