"Connecting Identity" is a short-video creation competition designed to answer questions and topics provided by the organizing committee, inviting participants to share their personal stories, experiences, and perspectives on Viet Nam’s history, arts, heritage, tourism, and people. Videos are recommended to be under 90 seconds in duration. Each participant or group of participants may submit an unlimited number of entries during the competition period.
In this category, the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technology is encouraged to support editing, creating effects, and conveying stories through images and sound. However, AI may only be used as a supporting tool and must not replace the role of participants. Candidates must directly appear or voice their stories in the video. Entries generated entirely by AI will be disqualified.
The second category, “Understanding Identity,” is an online multiple-choice competition covering the Politburo's Resolution No.80-NQ/TW, the National Assembly's Resolution No.28/2026/QH16, and topics related to Viet Nam’s history, culture, arts, heritage, tourism, traditions, and national identity.
The total prize value for the program reaches up to VND 100 million, excluding gifts and physical items. The First Prize for each category is worth VND 10 million. Specifically, the "Understanding Identity" competition also offers random daily gifts and weekly prizes.
