Held in a heritage setting, the opening program was structured in three chapters, namely “Awakening Heritage – Igniting the Heritage Flame,” “Heritage Crossroads,” and “A Multi-colored Fusion.” Singing, dancing, and musical performances were enhanced by 3D mapping, augmented reality (AR), a rotating stage, and special stage effects.
The program brought together domestic arts organizations, including the Thang Long Water Puppet Theater and the Viet Nam Contemporary Art Theater, as well as art troupes from Dien Bien, Dak Lak, and Ho Chi Minh City. International troupes from Japan, the Republic of Korea, and India also participated, alongside prominent artists including People’s Artist Thanh Hoai, Meritorious Artist Van Ty, Tung Duong, and Ngo Lan Huong.
