20 films to be screened to celebrate Hanoi's Liberation Day
PANO - On September 30 in Hanoi, Vietnam Television (VTV) held a press conference to introduce key programs that will be broadcast to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Hanoi's Liberation Day. Additionally, the “Hanoi Documentary Film Week” was launched on the VTVgo app.
These programs aim to illustrate the history and development of Hanoi through creative presentations, including shows like Ha Noi - Ban hung ca pho (Hanoi - A city epic), Bai ca Ha Noi (the Hanoi song), and Talk Vietnam - Bon phuong troi nho ve Hanoi (Talk Vietnam - Nostalgia for Hanoi from all corners of the world).

To mark the occasion, notable programs such as the 7 p.m. news bulletin, Chao buoi sang (Good Morning), and Chuyen dong 24h (24h Motion) will feature activities and events related to the celebrations. Additionally, 20 significant documentary films produced by VTV and other studios will be streamed on VTVgo, including live studio interactions with artists, actors, and production teams.
Noteworthy among these are the premieres of three newly produced documentaries: “Nha của chung toi” (Our house), “Noi hoa binh bat dau” (Where peace begins), and “Bac si Tran Duy Hung - Mot pham cach Ha Noi" (Doctor Tran Duy Hung - A Hanoian with dignity).
