In his speech, Thanh emphasized that Industry 4.0 is taking place globally with unprecedented scale and speed and that the strong development of technology has created many changes in daily life and work.
According to him, in the next few years, 65% of current jobs might be replaced by technology. This opens up an opportunity for Vietnamese youth with disabilities to access digital training, career guidance, do start-ups, open online businesses, and engage in social activities.

He underlined that the partnership with Microsoft, the world's largest technology corporation, will help the disabled youth community get used to AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot.
Under the motto that “those who know a lot teach a lot, those who know a little teach a little, those who don't know yet learn,” the association has gathered a network of leading experts in many different areas such as AI, Blockchain, information security and safety, digital content creators, commentators, e-sports athletes, graphic design, and programming.
In this program, Microsoft Vietnam will accompany the Vietnam Association of Youth with Disabilities to implement a wide range of activities from now until June 2025. Accordingly, they will launch the program “Discover Copilot - Unlimited creativity support tool” in which youth with disabilities will learn about Copilot, its main features and how it supports daily work, including text editing, data analysis, and content creation. In addition, a workshop entitled “Copilot in practice - A tool for you” will give participants a chance to learn and apply skills. In addition, they will learn how to make use of Copilot in quick text editing, reports creating and idea building.

Attentively, Microsoft experts will assist small groups in their practice and personalization of technology solutions.
On the occasion, the association debuted the group of experts in different fields to help youths with disabilities to get access to technology, develop digital skills, and apply technology to their work and study.
