In response, the The Ben Tre provincial Fatherland Front Committee has called on businesses, organizations, and individuals both inside and outside the province to join the housing support program.

Besides, the Ben Tre Youth Union has also launched a campaign “Youth Joining Hands to Eliminate Temporary and Dilapidated Housing.”

Running from March to December, this initiative aims to mobilize social resources and youth involvement to build and repair houses for needy families. Youth teams are actively engaged in transporting materials, clearing sites, and directly assisting with construction and repairs.

The union plans to build 30 new houses and repair five existing ones in the period from now to October.
