The documents include the Party Central Committee’s Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, dated October 25, 2017, on the continued streamlining and re-organization of the political system's apparatus for greater efficiency, along with Conclusion No. 121-KL/TW, dated January 24, 2024, on reviewing the implementation of Resolution No. 18 in association with the establishment and operation of new Party organizations; the Politburo’s Directive No.35-CT/TW, dated June 14, 2024, on Party congresses at all levels in the run-up to the 14th National Party Congress, and Conclusion No.118-KL/TW, dated January 18, 2025, amending and supplementing certain contents of Directive No.35. Others are the Politburo’s Resolution No.57-NQ/TW, dated December 22, 2024, on breakthroughs in socio-economic development, innovation, and national digital transformation; and the Party Central Committee’s Conclusion No.123-KL/TW, dated January 24, 2025, which supplements the socio-economic development plan for 2025 with a growth target of 8% or higher.

Politburo member, Secretary of the Government's Party Committee, and PM Pham Minh Chinh, who is also head of Inspection Delegation No.1908 of the Politburo and the Party Central Committee's Secretariat, together with Politburo member, Secretary of the N.A.'s Party Committee, and N.A. Chairman Tran Thanh Man co-chaired a conference held in Hanoi on March 17 to announce the delegation's draft inspection report on the implementation of those documents by the N.A.'s Party Committee.
PM Chinh praised the N.A.'s Party Committee for its instrumental role in translating major Party policies into actionable frameworks, ensuring their practicality and effectiveness while tackling institutional obstacles.
Looking ahead, the Government leader urged the N.A.'s Party Committee and the NA to push ahead with carrying out the abovementioned documents by devising detailed plans and programs while listening to feedback from relevant sides.
He asked for continued digitization of parliamentary activities, institutional perfection, and facilitation of economic development for this year’s growth target of 8%.
The PM also underscored the importance of thorough preparations to amend the Constitution and enhance supreme supervision to monitor, review, and assess the performance of agencies, organizations, and individuals.
Speaking on behalf of the N.A.'s Party Committee, Chairman Man pledged that the committee will work closely with the inspection delegation to finalize the report, ensuring its accuracy and depth.
The N.A.'s Party Committee and the parliament will keep a close watch on the implementation of the Party's documents while working more closely with the Government's Party Committee and the Government to address hindrances and promote development as in line with directions issued by the Party Central Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat.
