Over the past time, on implementing the inspection and supervision program in 2026 of the Politburo and Party Central Committee Secretariat, the team has worked with seven agencies, units, and localities in Tay Ninh, including the provincial Party Committee's Organization Commission, Department of Home Affairs, provincial Viet Nam Fatherland Front Committee, Tan An ward, Trang Bang ward, My Loc commune, and Phuoc Thanh commune.

At the meeting, having heard draft findings from the third-phase inspection of the Standing Board of the Tay Ninh provincial Party Committee, representatives of agencies, units and localities exchanged views and discussed several issues related to the draft report.
In his concluding remarks, General Nguyen Trong Nghia praised the Standing Board of the Tay Ninh provincial Party Committee and Party committees, agencies, and units at all levels for their high sense of responsibility and thorough preparations, which enabled the inspection and supervision team to carry out its work on schedule and in line with the approved program. He also noted their spirit of openness and willingness to listen during the working process.
The inspection found that the Standing Board of the Tay Ninh provincial Party Committee had actively led and directed the serious implementation of the Party's guidelines, resolutions, regulations and conclusions on personnel work and the building of a contingent of officials. Personnel work has been integrated with Party building and rectification and the consolidation of the political system, following the restructuring of administrative units and the implementation of the two-tier local government model.
General Nguyen Trong Nghia said Tay Ninh had pro-actively and relatively comprehensively concretized the Party's regulations on personnel management decentralization, planning, evaluation, training, professional development, appointment, rotation, internal political protection and power control in personnel work. Personnel planning, training, professional development, and the placement and use of officials have basically met immediate requirements while creating a pool of personnel for subsequent terms.

Amid the restructuring of the local government apparatus, the Standing Board of the Tay Ninh provincial Party Committee has focused on personnel arrangements to maintain stability and ensure the smooth operation of the political system.
According to head of the inspection team, Tay Ninh has paid timely and close attention to disseminating and issuing programs and action plans to implement resolutions of the Party and the Politburo. The process has gradually become more substantive, with the concretization of resolutions increasingly linked to the province's political tasks, actual conditions and available resources.
He asked the Standing Board of the Tay Ninh provincial Party Committee to continue strictly implementing the Party's resolutions, regulations and conclusions on personnel work, while further promoting the role and responsibility of Party committees and leadership in personnel management.
General Nguyen Trong Nghia also stressed the need to build a contingent of officials with firm political resolve, strong ethical qualities, innovative thinking, modern management capabilities, and the willingness to think boldly, act boldly and take responsibility for the common good. He urged the province to improve personnel planning, training, professional development, and rotation; strongly reform personnel evaluation; and adopt more policies to attract human resources to meet the requirements of rapid and sustainable development in the new period.
