Mr. Nguyen Quoc Do delivers his speech. |
In his speech, Nguyen Quoc Do, Deputy Head of the club, said that the memorial stele was built from the aspirations of veterans, heroes of the People’s Armed Forces, and relatives of the martyrs of the Saigon - Gia Dinh Special Force. The debut of this work was like a heartfelt incense stick respectfully offered by nearly 1,700 club members, who were members of the Saigon - Gia Dinh Special Force, to the spirits of 61 heroic martyrs of the Saigon - Gia Dinh Special Force.
The organizers hoped that this memorial stele will become a cultural and historical destination, introducing and disseminating information about the heroic history of the nation and the Saigon - Gia Dinh Special Force.

Information about battles, heroic collectives, and individuals has been digitized and introduced via QR codes at the stele, making it convenient for the public and visitors to learn more about the force. The stele will be a space for historical witnesses to exchange, for political activities, Party and Youth Union admission ceremonies, and traditional education for the younger generation, thereby inspiring their pride in the great sacrifices made by previous generations.
