The construction of the stele complex was started a year ago at the total cost of nearly VND 10 billion which was contributed by the command and other enterprises and benefactors. This over 1,000 sq.m structure includes a stele house, a traditional stele, a stele with the names of all fallen troops, a community house, entrance, yard, outdoor fitness equipment, and more.
The stele complex is to express gratitude to generations of the Saigon - Gia Dinh armed forces for their brave combat and great sacrifices for the independence and freedom of the country.
