Exhibition on “Hanoi - Dien Bien Phu in the air” campaign held
PANO – An exhibition in celebration of the “Hanoi - Dien Bien Phu in the Air” victory was held at the Vietnam Military History Museum on Dec. 18.
The event witnessed the participation of Lieutenant General Do Can, Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army (VPA) and other generals, officers and war martyrs’ relatives.

The exhibition displayed 300 documents and items, reflecting the resolve of the Party, Army and people during the resistance war against American invaders. The exhibition also showcased some parts of the first B-52.G aircraft, which was shot down in Hanoi on Dec. 18, 1972, and the engine of a B-52.D aircraft downed in Ngoc Ha Flower Village in Hanoi.
The exhibition will run until the end of the year.
