The campaign focuses on Khe Tre and Loc An communes, two severely-affected areas, where officers and soldiers have been mobilized to help reconstruct housing, provide seedlings and livestock to restore livelihoods, and offer support to policy beneficiaries. Hue Central Hospital and Military Hospital 268 plan to conduct free medical examinations and distribute medication to more than 700 local residents.

Senior Colonel Ha Van Ai, Deputy Political Commissar of the Hue Municipal Military Command, emphasized that the campaign is a key political mission aimed at helping affected households quickly stabilize their living conditions. More than 100 officers and soldiers from Regiment 6, the Defensive Area Command Region 3-Phu Loc, and local militia forces have been deployed to rebuild five houses that collapsed completely and repair additional damaged structures, with the goal of handing them over to residents as soon as possible.

The unit has been assigned to construct two new houses for families heavily affected by the disaster. Despite difficult terrain, blocked roads, and heavy rains causing landslides, more than 20 officers and sailors have worked with determination and urgency under the direction of Colonel Tran Quang Phu, Second-in-Command and Chief of Staff of Brigade 101.
