Responding to storms and floods

The disaster left behind widespread devastation with roofs torn off, houses damaged, roads submerged, and numerous casualties and missing persons.

In the midst of the storm and floods, the armed forces, together with local authorities and residents, strained every effort, spreading out across affected areas to urgently mitigate the consequences and help people quickly stabilize their lives.
