Compassionate houses
Everyone in the Division 375 delegation, led by Senior Colonel Nguyen Minh Duc, Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Division, shared a strong determination to help border residents stabilize their lives. During this year’s field march for mass mobilization, Division 375 undertook the construction of Tay Giang Primary and Secondary Boarding School to welcome the new academic year on time. Additionally, the unit supported the construction of housing for policy-beneficiary families, embellished the landscape, and conducted various other civil-military activities.

The delegation visited the families of Ro Zam Vinh (a wounded soldier and Agent Orange/dioxin victim) and A Lang Thi Hung (a national contributor) in A Ho village, where the new houses are gradually taking shape thanks to the efforts of the division’s officers and soldiers.
Senior Colonel Nguyen Minh Duc thoughtfully encouraged the families to overcome their hardships. The gratitude houses not only help residents settle down but also serve as vivid proof of military-civilian solidarity. On this occasion, the delegation also presented gifts to five disadvantaged policy families to mark the 79th anniversary of Wounded Soldiers and Martyrs’ Day (July 27).

“Quang Trung 2” Campaign
At the Tay Giang Primary and Secondary Boarding School construction site, nearly 100 officers and soldiers are working diligently under the harsh sun.
Notably, many personnel who previously built houses during the Quang Trung Campaign (a large-scale humanitarian drive designed to quickly restore permanent housing for those whose houses were destroyed or damaged by storms and floods in late 2025) in Dak Lak province are now present in Tay Giang. To them, this is the “Quang Trung 2” Campaign, demanding a swift completion ahead of the new academic year. On the site, troops meticulously guide each other through every construction phase.

Witnessing this urgency, Ho Thi Tam, the school’s Principal, expressed her surprise at the troops’ methodical and professional construction skills.
Encouraging the construction forces, Senior Colonel Nguyen Minh Duc emphasized that every brick laid is a foundation for the future of Tay Giang children, urging the entire unit to overcome difficulties to ensure the project’s progress and quality.
The project is expected to be completed in mid-August. Senior Colonel Tu Duong Trung, Deputy Chief of the Staff of Division 375, stated that the unit had committed to a 60-day rapid campaign, proactively organizing continuous work shifts to secure the schedule.

Alongside civil projects, Division 375 also organized a mobile movie night for the Co Tu ethnic people. At the commune’s central square, numerous residents gathered to watch revolutionary films and documentaries about the Vietnam People’s Army, the Air Defense - Air Force Service, and Division 375, creating a warm atmosphere.
Non-commissioned Major Hoang Trung Dung, Head of Division 375’s Cinema Team, shared that it was a special screening as many veterans and locals requested additional war-themed films to reminisce about the past.
Concluding the working trip as the gratitude houses were taking shape and the new school nearing completion, officers and soldiers of Division 375 carried with them the hope for a fulfilling school opening season in the border area. These projects not only serve civilian livelihoods but also foster military-civilian ties, enhancing the noble virtue of Uncle Ho’s soldiers.
