Duc emphasized that each wounded and sick soldier is a beautiful symbol of revolutionary heroism, a vivid testament to the patriotism and indomitable will of the Vietnamese people. The wounds on their bodies always remind today's generations of the immense losses and sacrifices of their forefathers.
The Vietnam Coast Guard delegation visited policy beneficiary families, fishermen, and disadvantaged students in Con Dao Special Zone, Ho Chi Minh City. They offered incense at Hang Duong Cemetery and Con Dao Temple, and presented 203 gifts to local policy beneficiaries and forces.
The An Giang Provincial Military Command delegation visited and presented gifts to Heroic Vietnamese Mother Dang Thi Lieu, Heroes of the People's Armed Forces Kieu Van Niet and Pham Thi Tu, as well as former provincial military leaders. Each family received gifts worth VND 2 million from the unit's “Gratitude Fund.”

In Ia Chia border commune, Gia Lai province, Defense-Economic Unit 74 and Military Hospital 15 under Corp 15 provided free health check-ups and medicines for nearly 800 local policy beneficiaries, veterans, national contributors, disadvantaged households. The unit also presented 55 gifts to national contributors, and disadvantage ethnic households.

The Military Medical University and Military Hospital 103 provided free health check-ups, consultations, medicines, and gifts for local residents, policy beneficiaries, and disadvantaged families in Nam Duong commune, Bac Ninh province. The university also donated houses of gratitude and great unity to two local residents.
The Lao Cai Provincial Military Command, in coordination with the provincial and Dong Cuong commune Red Cross chapters, handed over a gratitude house to veteran Pham Thi Vin in Sat Ngot village, Dong Cuong commune. The unit provided VND 80 million and more than 400 workdays to build the nearly 100-square-meter house.
