Speaking at the opening ceremony, Tran Huu Linh, Director of the  Agency for Domestic Market Surveillance and Development, said the "Vitality of Vietnamese Goods" series has, through eight successful editions, become an effective platform connecting producers with consumers and distribution networks. The program helps bring high-quality Vietnamese products closer to consumers while supporting local businesses in strengthening their competitiveness, building their brands, and expanding their presence in the domestic market.

Ly Thanh Tiem, Director of the Dien Bien Provincial Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center, said "Dien Bien Street" offers local enterprises, cooperatives, and household producers an opportunity to introduce their signature products directly to consumers in the capital while promoting the province's culture, people, and tourism.

He noted that Hanoi is not only one of Vietnam's largest consumer markets, but also an important gateway to nationwide distribution networks. Through the program, producers from Dien Bien can connect with retail partners, expand distribution channels, and gradually bring their products into modern retail systems. The center will continue supporting local businesses through trade promotion, product marketing, and market development activities to enhance the value of the province's specialty products.
