In mountainous areas, they and local people cleaned up the environment, took care of ornamental trees, and helped people harvest rice.

In coastal areas, they simultaneously implemented the “Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign” and the “Let’s clean up the ocean” program. Along the seashore from Ron Border Post to Ngu Thuy Border Post, youths of the border guard force and localities collected nearly 5 tons of rubbish and cleaned the environment surrounding the beach, creating a clean and beautiful environment for tourists.

These are annual activities of Quang Binh border guard’s youths, showing their vanguard spirit and responsibility for the community, contributing to effectively implementing the models “Green, clean, and beautiful border village” and “Clean coast.”
