Senior Colonel Nguyen Van Tiep, Deputy Political Commissar of the Tuyen Quang provincial Military Command, hands over the MND’s decision of the building of a gratitude house to Ninh Van Kim’s family.

Knowing the harsh living conditions of Kim’s family, the Tuyen Quang provincial Military Command proposed the Military Region 2 Command and the Ministry of National Defense to build a new house for Kim.

The construction of the 130 sq.m. house was started on March 26 with a total cost of nearly VND 300 million, of which the Ministry of National Defense allocated VND 80 million from the “Gratitude” fund.
