Tran Thi Hien is a single mother living with her only son. She is suffering from a severe illness, and faces significant housing difficulties. Based on the proposal from the local authorities, the leadership of Joint-stock Company 22 reported to the General Department of Logistics and proposed supporting VND 80 million for Tran Thi Hien to build a new house. This amount included VND 30 million from the General Department of Logistics' "For the Needy" Fund and VND 50 million from the Military Industry-Telecoms Group (Viettel).
