Against the backdrop of the increasing complexity of international terrorism, with unpredictable methods and tactics posing potential threats to national, regional and international security, the “Cooperation 2026” program demonstrates the determination of the Vietnamese Ministry of Public Security and the Chinese People’s Armed Police Force to pro-actively address transnational and cross-border terrorist threats.
The program also provides an opportunity to strengthen political trust and deepen law enforcement cooperation in line with the common needs and interests of both countries.
