CMC, MND support Ha Tinh people with VND 800 million to overcome flood consequences
PANO - On December 17, authorized by the Central Military Commission (CMC), Ministry of National Defense (MND), a delegation from Song Thu Corporation under the General Department of Defense Industry, handed over gifts to support people in Ha Tinh province in overcoming the consequences of recent storms and floods.

At the meeting, the delegation presented a token of support representing 1,300 gift packages with a total value of VND 800 million from the CMC, MND to Ha Tinh people. Leaders of Song Thu Corporation expressed their hope that these practical gifts would contribute to helping people in the flood-hit areas quickly overcome the natural disasters’ aftermath and stabilize their lives.
On this occasion, the delegation also visited and presented gifts to children at Ha Tinh SOS Children Orphanage Village and directly handed over gifts to households facing difficulties in Cam Binh, Dong Tien, and Thach Khe communes.

On behalf of the local authorities and people, Thai Ngoc Hai, Standing Vice Chairman of the Ha Tinh provincial Fatherland Front Committee, expressed deep gratitude for the sentiments and support of the military in general and the unit in particular. He affirmed that this meaningful gift would be managed and allocated by the province in a timely manner to the right beneficiaries to help the needy overcome difficulties.
