Leaders of the unit also paid attention to regularity  building and discipline management, enabling units to pro-actively resolve emerging issues and effectively prevent violations.

In the coming time, the chief directed the whole military to continue strictly implementing the Central Military Commission’s resolutions and his directive on military and defense tasks for 2026. Lieutenant General Le Van Huong, Deputy Chief of the General Staff, reports on the results of military training, higher education and training, regularity building, and discipline management tasks in Q1/2026.

Besides, military units were tasked with strengthening training to enhance officers’ awareness, capabilities, methods, working styles and skills in conducting Party and political work, while concretizing and well implementing directives of Party General Secretary, State President, and Secretary of the Central Military Commission To Lam on the “two consistencies, two accelerations, two preventions, and five strengths” motto. Furthermore, they must well prepare for competitions and exercises, and strictly organize training for recruits, especially ensuring absolute safety during the “three explosions” test (live-fire shooting, grenade throwing, and explosive placement exercises), among others.
