After conducting a field inspection and hearing reports, General Nguyen Trong Nghia commended Center 386 for its recent achievements. Notably, the unit has pro-actively and closely coordinated with forces in the Central and Central Highlands regions to firmly grasp the cyberspace situation, promptly advising on effective handling measures. The center has also performed well in safeguarding the Party’s ideological foundation and effectively applying science, technology, digital transformation, and innovation.

Regarding future tasks, General Nguyen Trong Nghia requested the Party Committee and chain-of-command of Center 386 to continue deeply grasping the role of cyberspace operations and the Party’s new mindset on national defense and safeguarding the Fatherland. He urged the unit’s chains-of-command to regularly conduct political and ideological education, building political mettle and a sense of responsibility for officers and soldiers. Concurrently, they must innovate and improve the quality of professional work to build a highly skilled workforce capable of meeting cyberspace operational requirements in the new situation.

The Director of the General Department of Political Affairs directed Center 386 to continue promoting its core role in pro-actively assisting units and localities in ensuring information technology system security. It must also strengthen coordination with other forces to firmly protect the Party’s ideological foundation and maintain socio-political stability in the area.

Furthermore, the Party Committee of Center 386 must focus on synchronously implementing solutions to build a comprehensively strong Party organization; build pure and exemplary Party cells; well perform mass mobilization and policy work, and take good care of the troops’ material and spiritual life.
