The program draws the participation of a number of military cadres and Youth Union members.

Military hospitals and military establishments were requested to be pro-active in forecasting needs, implement practical and specific activities to boost the effectiveness of the blood donation mobilization work according to the military’s characteristics. In addition, they should ensure good policies for blood donors and encourage them to regularly donate blood; invest more in equipment and digital transformation in managing blood donors and blood units.
