To ensure the center quickly stabilizes its organization and maximizes operational efficiency, Gen. Son required the Party Committee and Board of Directors of the school, the Party Committee and chain-of-command of the center, along with all officers, instructors, trainees, and staff, to thoroughly understand the position and significance of establishing the center. Therefore, they would demonstrate high determination and responsibility, overcome all difficulties, and build a comprehensively strong, “exemplary and model” unit.

The unit should promptly reinforce its personnel and equipment, perfect its organizational structure, assign tasks, and carry out operations in full accordance with its functions and duties. Priority should be given to enhancing training quality and mastering military equipment, with a focus on developing training programs, curricula, and materials. The unit also should actively research and develop UAV operational art while applying new technologies, ensure effective technical and logistical support, and strictly maintain the preservation and maintenance protocols for assigned equipment and hardware.

Meanwhile, emphasis should be placed on cultivating a contingent of officers, instructors, trainees, and staff with firm political stance, good moral qualities, high professional expertise, innovative thinking, scientific and technological mastery, and the ability to adapt quickly to the development of UAV, meeting both immediate and long-term task requirements, among others.
