Accordingly, participants in the course are equipped with knowledge related to armed regulations, maintenance of weapons and technical equipment, individual combat movements, common knowledge about radio communication devices, telephone switchboard, and so on.

The training course aims to provide the basic contents of the Party’s guidelines and the State’s policies and laws on national defense, security and foreign affairs, religious matters.

These contribute to helping them clearly understand the plots and tricks of riots and hostile forces against the Vietnamese revolution in the current situation; firmly grasp the features and usage of anti-aircraft artillery, and proficiently use all types of weapons and equipment.
