PANO – A grand ceremony to receive the Labor Order of Third Class was held on October 9th at factory Z99 under the Ministry of Defence on the celebration of the 10th anniversary of its foundation.

Gen. Nguyen Huy Hieu, member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Defence Minister, attended the event.

Since 1999, factory Z99 or Photo-electricity and Electronics Company has fulfilled all assignments given by the Defence Ministry and the General Department of Defence Industry and carried out a large number of research and production projects, providing much electrical and electronic equipment and many devices for military training.

Alongside military tasks, it also takes part in business activities and produces high-quality household goods, including fans, air-conditioners, pumps and so on for export.

At the ceremony, Gen. Hieu applauded the fruits that the company reaped over the past 10 years and urged it in the future to continue its efforts to contribute more to the development of the army and the nation and take more care of its workers.
